Completed a Research Consultancy Project on ‘Socio Economic background of Students- A study of S.S.Dempo College of Commerce and Economics sponsored by Dempo Charities Trust. The study brings forth relationship between socio-economic background and academic performance, students’ interest in earn while you learn programme. The study also reveals student’s willingness to join various certificate courses, their intention to pursue higher education, answer competitive exams etc. The study recommends various student centric initiatives that could be adopted by the institution.

A Research project on “Panchayat Raj Finances in Goa” was undertaken in year 2005. The Project was financed by National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad. The study concluded that all the panchayats selected for the purpose of study could not satisfactorily undertake the different developmental work at the village level in spite of the fact that they had huge surpluses every year. This showed lack of proper financial planning and implementation on behalf of panchayats.

A study on Economic Revival of Panchayats in Goa was undertaken in 2020 to help design plan to revive the Covid19 struck village population of Goa. The project focused on studying the problem, opportunities for farmers, youth and women in Merces Village.
